From the cover: The late 1970s saw the Handley Page Dart Herald enter into a new lease of life. Although production only amounted to 50 aircraft, many of those sold overseas over 10 years previously were repatriated to end their flying years with UK operators like British Air Ferries, British Island Airways and Express Air Services.
The Herald in piston engine guise took to the skies in August 1955, followed by its Dutch competitor the Fokker F-27 Friendship three months later with Rolls-Royce Dart turboprops.

Very Good in Good Dust Wrapper. Gently bruised at the head of the spine and the top corners of the boards with commensurate wear to the dust wrapper which is a little age-toned with a nick to the head of the spine. Edges of the text block lightly tanned. Text complete, clean and tight.
