From the cover: A Pinch Of Salt is a light-hearted collection of recipes from our restaurant kitchens; some go back to Popjoys in the seventies, some to Homewood Park in the eighties, but the majority are from The Olive Tree of the nineties. These dishes we have found to be popular, and are all simple to prepare given a modicum of knowledge, enthusiasm and tolerance of some of our culinary idiosyncrasies.
